Fee-Free Polling
Have you tried the fee-free polling platform on the Summon testnet yet? Our polling system is cryptographically verifiable, and the voters do not have to pay any transaction fees. After you set the name, description, poll choices, and optional discussion link, you will configure the poll snapshot. First you’ll need to choose a date and time for the snapshot. This is when all the tokens will be accounted for on the blockchain to determine which wallets are eligible to vote. The snapshot can include one or more Cardano native tokens, either fungible tokens or NFTs.
Next you will need to include your policy ID, and for fungible tokens, the token name. Then you choose the weight for your token. If you are including multiple tokens in your snapshot, you may want to have them weighted differently. For example, if you have smaller quantities of one token versus another, you may want the smaller quantity to have a larger weight during the snapshot. After you configure your snapshot, choose your community, and you are ready to create your poll. You can find your poll under snapshot voting on your community page.
