“Not your keys, Not your vote”
As you are using the Summon testnet, please keep some important reminders in mind:
When you vote in a poll on Summon, you sign with your private key. So there is no way that anyone else can vote for you unless they have your private key.
Did you know that you can delegate your voting power to another address? Test it out, and let us know what you think!
Make sure you’re using a pre-production testnet wallet.
You will receive test tokens to use on the platform shortly after you connect to testnet for the first time.
If you are using an eternl wallet, make sure to connect your pre-prod wallet as your dapp account before signing onto the platform.
Feel free to try out the ADA Handles integration on Testnet. But please be aware that we do not have this integration resolve to the Testnet ADA Handle system, so any handles that you resolve will map to your Mainnet address.

CIP-1694
Last week, IOG hosted a 2-day CIP-1694 workshop in Longmont, Colorado with Cardano community leaders as well as reps from Emurgo and the Cardano Foundation. Summon Association President Adam Rusch attended the workshop; where the group discussed the technical specifications of CIP-1694, the social impact it may have on the ecosystem, and the best way to obtain community feedback. There are community calls planned with Charles Hoskinson and the workshop participants to share about the workshop and the next steps to get the rest of the community involved. You can read the CIP-1694 proposal now on github. We will be discussing CIP-1694 with the Summon Community in the near future.
